I stayed for two nights and the location was great for accessing various attractions around Columbus. The area felt secure, and my room was quite clean, which was a definite plus. However, the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired, as there were very limited options available each morning.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout, which made it less inviting. My TV didn't work most of the stay. I had to fiddle with it multiple times despite assistance. The bathroom sink had drainage issues, leaving standing water which was quite annoying. Additionally, one of the drawers was broken when I arrived, leaning against the wall, and there were no ashtrays in the smoking areas.

Decent Spot but Needs Comfort Improvements
We spent two nights in a standard double room. While the staff's hospitality shone through, the bed was like a metal cot, ruining our sleep. The room was clean and had a full refrigerator. Future guests should request an ironing board early!
